Principle
Only data needed to run this website and to answer enquiries is collected. Data is never sold and never used for third-party advertising.
Contact form
When you fill in the form, your name, email address, phone number if given, your message, your IP address and the time are stored. This is used solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent and the initiation of a contractual relationship.
Enquiries are stored on the Swiss server of this website and forwarded over an encrypted connection (SMTP with TLS) to the email address above. They are deleted when no longer needed and automatically, at the latest twelve months after they were received.
Booking via cal.com
Appointments are handled by Cal.com. The booking calendar is loaded only after you click. Nothing is sent to Cal.com before that. Once you open the calendar, Cal.com’s own privacy terms apply and your IP address and the details you enter are processed. Cal.com is a US company and processes the data in the United States. Transfers from Switzerland rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. If you prefer not to use it, you can use the contact form or send an email instead. Server logs
When you visit, the web server records technically necessary information: the page requested, the time, the amount of data transferred, your browser type and your IP address. These logs serve security and troubleshooting. The website’s own logs and sign-in attempts are deleted automatically after 30 days. The web server’s access logs are managed by our hosting provider, based in Switzerland, under its own short retention periods.
Cookies
- Necessary cookies: a session cookie so forms work safely, and an entry in your browser’s local storage remembering your cookie choice. No consent is required for these.
- Analytics cookies: set only if you explicitly agree in the banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Analytics (not active at present)
No analytics solution is active at present. Once Google Analytics is set up, it will load only after your explicit consent in the banner, with IP truncation enabled.
Fonts and images
Fonts and images are served from our own server. No Google Fonts or other external resources are loaded, so simply visiting this site sends no data to third parties.
